- Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Pay Policy to expand the Pay Policies.
- Click on the the Pay Code. Upon clicking on the Pay Code, a table which displays all Pay Codes is displayed.
- To add a new Pay Code click on Add button. Upon clicking the Add button a drawer will be opened on the right side of the platform.
- On the drawer enter the following information:
- Code
- Description
- Set status (active or passive)
- Select Hour Type (drop-down)
- Multiplier
- Default rate
- Select Color (color-picker)
- Set For Break status active or passive
- Set For Absence status active or passive
- Click Save button.
