How to add and edit Companies?

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on General to expand the General Settings.
  2. Click on the the Companies. Upon clicking on the Companies, a table which displays all Companies is displayed.
  3. To add a new company click on Add button. Upon clicking the Add button a drawer will be opened on the right side of the platform.
  4. On the drawer enter the following information:
    • Company Name
    • Set status (active or passive)
    • Select Default Language (drop-down)
    • Select Timezone (drop-down)
    • Select Time Format (drop-down)
    • Select Date Format (drop-down)
    • Select Start Day (drop-down). In order to set the starting day of the working week for the company, one day must be selected from the drop-down options.
    • Select Currency (drop-down) and
    • Executive payroll email address
  5. Click Save button.
