- Navigate to the left sidebar and click on General to expand the General Settings.
- Click on the the Jobs. Upon clicking on the Jobs, a table which displays all Jobs is displayed.
- To add a new job click on Add button. Upon clicking the Add button a drawer will be opened on the right side of the platform.
- On the drawer enter the following information:
- Code
- Description
- Set status (active or passive)
- Select Group (drop-down)
- Select Family (dropbown)
- Click on the +New Skill button to add skills which are required for this job
- Click on the +New Licence & Certification button to add licenses or certifications which are required for this job
- Click Save button.
