How to add and edit Jobs?

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on General to expand the General Settings.
  2. Click on the the Jobs. Upon clicking on the Jobs, a table which displays all Jobs is displayed.
  3. To add a new job click on Add button. Upon clicking the Add button a drawer will be opened on the right side of the platform.
  4. On the drawer enter the following information:
    • Code
    • Description
    • Set status (active or passive)
    • Select Group (drop-down)
    • Select Family (dropbown)
    • Click on the +New Skill button to add skills which are required for this job
    • Click on the +New Licence & Certification button to add licenses or certifications which are required for this job
  5. Click Save button.
