How to add and edit Pay Codes?

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Pay Policy to expand the Pay Policies.
  2. Click on the the Pay Code. Upon clicking on the Pay Code, a table which displays all Pay Codes is displayed.
  3. To add a new Pay Code click on Add button. Upon clicking the Add button a drawer will be opened on the right side of the platform.
  4. On the drawer enter the following information:
    • Code
    • Description
    • Set status (active or passive)
    • Select Hour Type (drop-down)
    • Multiplier
    • Default rate
    • Select Color (color-picker)
    • Set For Break status active or passive
    • Set For Absence status active or passive
  5. Click Save button.
