How to change employee’s company information?

To change employee’s company information follow the steps below:

  1. Locate the employee on People’s table by using filters.
  2. Upon locating the employee click on the Employee’s name to open employee’s profile
  3. Click on the Personal tab to navigate to employee’s Company Information
  4. Click on the Company Information’s Change button to open the company information fields
  5. Enter or change any of the fields such as:
    • Companies
    • Managers
    • Locations
    • Paygroup, or
    • Calculation Group.
  6. Click on Save button to save the changes
